So what is this "No Fix No Fee" I keep hearing about ?
On some rare occasions our engineers may not be able to fix your PC, so in this case you will not have to pay a single penny. Not even the call out fee!
Do you repair laptops?
We carry out all work on laptops software and hardware this includes: Screen replacement, Hard drive replacement and D/C jack repairs. But all of our repairs depend on if the parts are available.
Do you repair printers?
We can help you with all software related issues with printers, however we do not deal in printer repairs of any kind.
Is your service 7 days a week?
Yes! We are always available 7 days a week , in some cases we can even be with you within the hour, but of course, all of our slots depend on availability.
Are the parts that are replaced covered by a warranty?
The majority of parts replaced could have up to 12 months of manufacturers warranty and you will be informed of the warranty when the part is fitted.
Do you repair monitors/laptop screens?
We can help you with all software related issues, or if a component inside the PC is stopping the monitor from working properly. However, we do not offer repairs for the actual screens.
